Esta componente\n                      es la que acelera a cada porci\u00f3n de masa del oc\u00e9ano hacia uno de dos puntos, dependiendo de su posici\u00f3n respecto a la Luna: hacia el punto \u2018sublunar\u2019 si est\u00e1 en el hemisferio que ve a la Luna, o hacia el punto \u2018antilunar\u2019, si est\u00e1\n                      en el hemisferio opuesto a la Luna.<\/p>\n                    <p>Esta condici\u00f3n din\u00e1mica produce, te\u00f3ricamente, un movimiento del fluido dirigido hacia dos puntos de convergencia. La consecuencia es la formaci\u00f3n de dos abultamientos en la superficie del oc\u00e9ano, con \u2018alturas\u2019 m\u00e1ximas en los puntos\n                      sublunar y antilunar, alineados siempre en direcci\u00f3n a la Luna. Pero la Tierra gira alrededor de su propio eje polar mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que la Luna alrededor de la Tierra, lo que provoca que los abultamientos se desplacen en sentido\n                      opuesto al del giro de la Tierra.<\/p>\n                    <p>El efecto din\u00e1mico gravitacional e inercial del Sol sobre cada porci\u00f3n del oc\u00e9ano se somete a un an\u00e1lisis similar y se obtienen resultados equivalentes, con la diferencia de que la magnitud de las componentes solares (radial y tangencial)\n                      es casi la mitad de la de las componentes lunares.
